Definitions

Throughout these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "nbjee", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the nbjee platform and its operating entity, accessible at https://nbjee.io.
• "Player", "you", "your" — refers to any individual who registers an account on, or uses the services of, the nbjee platform.
• "Account" — the personal account created by a player upon completing nbjee's registration process.
• "Platform" — the nbjee website, all associated pages, features, games, betting markets, payment interfaces, and support services collectively.
• "Services" — all products and services offered through nbjee, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slot games, crash games, and promotional offers.

Acceptance of Terms

By completing the nbjee registration process, accessing the nbjee login page, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any feature of the platform, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions unconditionally and in full.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and nbjee. They govern all aspects of your relationship with the platform, including account creation, use of services, financial transactions, bonus eligibility, and dispute resolution. Any use of the nbjee platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended version.

If you are accessing nbjee on behalf of another person, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms, and that person meets all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3.

Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on nbjee, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. nbjee strictly enforces a 21+ age requirement across all services. Players who are found to be under 21 will have their accounts permanently closed, all winnings forfeited, and all deposits refunded minus any winnings already withdrawn.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity).

nbjee reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility — including government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of age — at any time and for any reason. Failure to provide such documentation within a reasonable timeframe requested by nbjee may result in account suspension pending verification.

Account Registration

4.1 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one nbjee account. Opening, operating, or attempting to operate multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal information — is strictly prohibited. Multiple accounts will be merged or closed at nbjee's discretion, and any funds or winnings associated with duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

4.2 Accurate Information

When registering your nbjee account, you must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid contact email address. You must update your account information promptly if any details change. nbjee is not responsible for account access issues, delayed withdrawals, or communication failures resulting from inaccurate account information provided by the player.

4.3 Username and Password

You are responsible for selecting a secure password for your nbjee login. Your password must not be shared with any third party. nbjee staff will never ask for your password under any circumstances. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact nbjee support immediately at [email protected].

4.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

nbjee may require you to complete identity verification at any stage — including before processing your first withdrawal, after a series of large deposits, or upon detecting unusual account activity. KYC documentation may include a national identity card (NID), passport, driving licence, utility bill, or bank statement issued within the last three months. Processing of withdrawal requests may be delayed until KYC is satisfactorily completed.

Account Security

You are entirely responsible for all activity that occurs under your nbjee account, whether or not you have authorised that activity. nbjee strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA), which is available to all account holders via the security settings menu.

nbjee implements 256-bit SSL encryption across all pages of the platform, including the nbjee login interface and all payment processing screens. While nbjee takes all reasonable technical precautions to secure your account data, you are responsible for ensuring that the device and network connection you use to access nbjee are free from malware, keyloggers, and other security threats.

In the event that you lose access to your account, suspect unauthorised access, or forget your login credentials, nbjee provides an account recovery process accessible via the login page. Identity verification will be required before account access is restored.

nbjee will never contact you requesting your password, PIN, or full payment card details by email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately.

Deposits

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

nbjee accepts deposits from the following payment methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa (debit/credit), and Mastercard (debit/credit). Additional payment methods may be added or removed from time to time; the current list is always displayed on the nbjee deposit page.

6.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum single deposit amount is ৳300. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by nbjee directly, although your individual payment provider may apply transaction limits that affect the amount you can transfer in a single session.

6.3 Processing Times

Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your nbjee account within seconds of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. Card deposits via Visa and Mastercard may take up to 15 minutes to reflect in your account balance. 6.4 Currency

All accounts on nbjee are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted to BDT at the exchange rate applied by your payment provider at the time of the transaction. nbjee does not apply an additional currency conversion fee.

6.5 Deposit Source

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts and cards that are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, business accounts, or credit facilities taken specifically for the purpose of gambling are prohibited. nbjee reserves the right to reverse any deposit that cannot be verified as originating from the account holder's own funds.

Withdrawals

7.1 Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the original deposit. You cannot withdraw funds to a different account, wallet, or card than the one used to make the deposit. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and to protect players from fraud.

7.2 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed. There is no maximum withdrawal limit per transaction, but large withdrawals may be subject to additional verification checks.

7.3 Processing Times

Withdrawal requests are reviewed by nbjee's payments team within 24 hours of submission (Bangladesh Standard Time). Once approved, funds are typically transferred to your bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay wallet within 1–3 business hours. Card withdrawals via Visa and Mastercard may take 3–5 business days depending on your card issuer's processing schedule.

7.4 KYC Requirement

All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. nbjee reserves the right to hold a withdrawal request pending completion of KYC checks. Players are encouraged to complete identity verification proactively to avoid delays when submitting their first withdrawal.

7.5 Bonus Fund Restrictions

Funds credited as bonuses, free bet returns, or other promotional credits cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. The withdrawal of Real Money Funds is not affected by outstanding bonus wagering requirements unless the player has opted in to a promotion that specifies otherwise.

Bonuses & Promotions

8.1 General Bonus Terms

nbjee offers various promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published on the relevant promotional page at the time the offer is live. In the event of any conflict between the general terms in this section and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotional terms take precedence.

8.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotional terms, all bonus funds must be wagered a minimum of 20 times the bonus amount before they become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino games may contribute at a reduced rate as specified in the promotional terms.

8.3 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds and any associated wagering requirements expire 30 days from the date the bonus is credited to your account, unless the specific promotional terms state a different expiry period. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically. Any winnings generated from expired bonus funds that have not met the wagering requirement will also be forfeited.

8.4 Bonus Abuse

nbjee operates a zero-tolerance policy on bonus abuse. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, exploiting low-variance games to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine play intent, coordinating with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes, and using third-party software to place automated bets designed to clear wagering requirements. Any player found engaging in bonus abuse will have their account closed, all bonus funds forfeited, and any associated winnings voided.

8.5 Promotional Changes

nbjee reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. If a promotion is withdrawn after a player has already qualified, nbjee will honour the bonus under the terms that were in effect at the time of qualification.

Gameplay & Betting Rules

9.1 Game Integrity

All casino games and slot titles available on nbjee are supplied by internationally recognised, independently tested software providers — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. nbjee does not develop, modify, or in any way alter the outcomes of any game. 9.2 Sports & Cricket Betting

Betting markets on cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and other ICC-sanctioned tournaments), football, kabaddi, and other sports are governed by nbjee's sports betting rules. Markets are settled according to official competition results as published by the relevant governing body. In the event of a dispute over a result, the decision of the relevant sporting authority is final. nbjee reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was incorrectly priced due to a manifest error.

9.3 Technical Faults

In the event of a technical fault — including a server disconnection, game crash, or payment processing error — nbjee will attempt to restore the session to its last confirmed state. If restoration is not possible, the affected bet or game round may be voided and the corresponding stake returned to your account. nbjee is not liable for winnings that would have been generated had a technical fault not occurred.

9.4 Bet Confirmation

A bet is only confirmed and binding once nbjee's system has issued a bet confirmation reference number. No verbal or written communication from nbjee staff can be used to claim that a bet was accepted if no confirmation reference was issued by the system. It is the player's responsibility to check their bet slip and confirm that all details — including selection, stake, and odds — are correct before submitting.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the nbjee platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all funds and winnings, and referral to relevant legal authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one nbjee account (see Section 4.1).
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the nbjee platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Allowing any third party to access or operate your nbjee account, or accessing a third party's account.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal activity, including fraud, theft, or money laundering.

• Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, bugs, or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated betting scripts, bots, AI-assisted wagering tools, or any other software that places bets without direct human interaction.
• Colluding with other players to fix the outcome of any game, sporting event, or tournament available on nbjee.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any conduct that compromises the integrity of the sporting events on which nbjee offers betting markets.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing nbjee staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to access any part of the nbjee platform or its backend systems without authorisation.

Responsible Gaming

Limitation of Liability

Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance windows may temporarily restrict access to some or all platform features. nbjee will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.

Privacy & Data

nbjee collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy.

nbjee uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and the platform's servers. These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to nbjee's operating jurisdiction. nbjee makes no representation that the platform or its services are appropriate or available for use in all jurisdictions.
